MONTHLY NETWORKING EVENTS: Networking is perhaps the biggest reason many businesses join our chamber. We average 8-15 networking opportunities each month to cover all timeframes, formats and topics. MONTHLY NETWORKING EVENTS: Networking is perhaps the biggest reason many businesses join our chamber. We average 8-15 networking opportunities each month to cover all timeframes, formats and topics. General Membership Luncheons - Typically the third Thursday of each month from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM at various locations. Between 50—100 attendees and includes informal networking before a plated lunch and featured speaker.
Women’s Networking Luncheons - Typically the second Thursday of each month. Informal networking from 11:00—11:30, plated lunch and introductions until 12:00 when the featured presenter speaks. There are typically 35 - 60 attendees, more when partnering with another chamber.
After Hours / Noontime / Breakfast Networking - Informal networking with no formal program other than a welcome, announcements, and door prizes from the host. These events are very popular and usually see at least 50 in attendance.
Business@Breakfast - Our only weekly networking group on Wednesday mornings at 7:30 - each attendee gives a 60-second commercial and one featured speaker talks for 10 minutes. Average attendance is around 20-35 and it’s not industry exclusive.
Fusion (young professionals) - They typically meet on the third Tuesday of each month from 11:30—1:00 for lunch, networking and a featured presenter. In addition they have social events (usually every other month), plus informal breakfast networking and more!
Other Special Programs - In addition to our regularly scheduled events, we also hold the following networking opportunities: special luncheons (such as the Governor Luncheon or Deanna Favre event), Speed Networking, Progressive Networking, Legislative/Candidate Forums, Women’s Networking Roundtables, Brown Bag Lunches, Human Resources Roundtables
Chamber 101 - Our monthly hour-long meeting that provides a great overview of the chamber and all it’s benefits. This program is geared towards prospective chamber members, brand new members, or new employees of current chamber members.
ANNUAL EVENTS
Annual Gala - The Annual Gala is our biggest fundraiser of the year, held each autumn. With between 250-350 attendees, 20-30 sponsors, silent and live auctions, great entertainment and a raffle, this event is not to be missed!
Golf Tournament - Although the location varies—the large attendance, great golfing, networking and prizes all remain consistent! Opportunities to sponsor exist at all levels and open the door to large company introductions.
Home, Landscape & Garden “Everything Spring Expo” - In it’s 10th year, this expo has over 100 vendors who offer free advice, products and information to attendees (over 1,500 last year). There are also free kids’ activities, seminars, and door prize drawings!
“Taste” the Chamber - This event is held twice each year and exists to promote awareness of the chamber to non-member businesses in our community. Members may attend this free luncheon only if they bring at least one non-member business with them.
ChamberFest - Our annual member appreciation event held each autumn is a big after hours-style party for all members! We have tons of prizes, free appetizers, and this year’s event will include carnival-style games and opportunities to win even more prizes.
